MIL-C-5015 Crimped Rear Release Contacts: MS3450, MS3456, MS3459
CONNECTOR DESCRIPTION / PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The MS3450, MS3451, MS3452, MS3454, MS3456, MS3459 connectors were developed for the high demands of aviation. MIL-C-5015 or MIL-DTL-5015 series connectors with Crimped Rear Release Contacts feature weight-reduced and space-saving designs. These connectors are available with aluminum, steel and stainless steel housings. The firewall version made of stainless steel and with special insulating bodies offers the greatest possible protection against chemicals, heat and moisture. In 17 housing sizes and up to 85 possible contacts, these connectors also have very good electrical and mechanical properties.
The MS3450 - MS3459 connectors are available in the following housing styles:

The crimp contacts are processed with the crimping pliers M22520/1-01, M22520/2-01 or M22520/7-01. SZ Elektronik supplies the crimping pliers M22520/1-01, M22520/2-01, M22520/7-01 and the matching crimping dies, as well as the installation tools and removal tools for the pin and socket contacts.
Heat shrinkable molded parts for MS3456 and MS3459 connectors from stock
SZ Elektronik delivers these heat shrinkable molded parts with and without hot melt adhesive mostly from stock or within 48 hours. Preferred are the heat shrinkable parts according to VG95343 from the manufacturer Tyco / Raychem from the series 202K or 222K.
