System cables and special cables from Spec44 and Spec55 cables
We specialize in quick deliveries of TE Connectivity's Spec 44 and Spec55 military and aerospace cables. From AWG10 to AWG30, SZ Elektronik has the Spec44 and Spec55 cables in stock as single core, shielded single core and multicore cable in the possible core colors black, brown, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, gray and white or delivers them at short notice. We can also quickly supply Flexlite and halogen-free Zerohal cables from TE Connectivity. These cables often form the core product for a variety of our system cables and special cables. Our customers who are not only from the military, aerospace, petrochemical, marine and railroad industries can also get the custom built system cables with the different cable jacket materials AFR, FDR25, Zerohal, Viton and Neoprene. This depends on the required temperature range, abrasion resistance, flexibility, flammability and chemical resistance.
VG95218, MIL-C-24640, MIL-C-27500 cable

Our system cables and special cables are made of VG95218, MIL-C-24640 and MIL-C-27500 approved cables and cable sheath materials and meet the highest requirements. They are suitable for temperature ranges from -55 C to +200 C degrees, have a small diameter and lower weight. Our system cables made of TE Connectivity components can be optimally combined with TE Connectivity's high-quality heat-shrinkable tubing and heat-shrinkable molded parts. As a connector specialist, we have a wide range of different MIL/Aero connectors and industrial connectors in stock. We supply the system cables individually or as ready-made cables.
