SZ Elektronik is the specialist for fast deliveries of high power cables. The Spec55 high power cables are supplied by us in the possible core colors black, brown, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, gray white , the cable cross sections AWG8 to AWG30 and different numbers of cores from stock or at short notice. Spec55 cables are available as single core, shielded single core and multicore cable. Spec55 cables are widely used and are suitable for continuous use at operating temperatures from -65 °C to 200 °C under extreme environmental conditions. Spec 55 are made of a modified radiation crosslinked ETFE polymer and silver plated copper wire. You have a choice of 2 insulation thicknesses in each case. The single insulation versions have an insulation thickness of 0.10 or 0.15mm and are suitable for use inside the housing. The double insulation aircraft wire has the insulation thickness of 0.2 or 0.25mm and is ideal for outdoor applications and provides resistance to most liquids, lubricants, fuels and chemicals.
In short term we supply the Spec55 cables with single and double insulated wires as single strand, twisted pair and in three strand as shielded and unshielded cables.
