SZ Elektronik is specialized in fast deliveries of high performance Spec 44 cables. We supply from stock or at short notice the Spec 44 cables as single core, shielded single core and multicore cable in possible core colors black, brown, pink, orange, yellow, green, blue, violet, gray and white. Spec44 cables are manufactured in wire gauge AWG10 to AWG30 . Spec 44 cables are widely suitable for use at high temperatures under extreme environmental conditions and which can also be used at operating voltages up to 2500V. Spec 44 wires and cables have a double-wall coating. The inner insulating layer of cross-linked polyalkene combined with the outer PVDF protective sheath allows for use at operating temperatures from -65°C to 150°C, self-extinguishing and resistance to most liquids, lubricants, fuels and chemicals.
Shielded and unshielded versions are available as single and multi-conductor with tinned copper, silver-plated and high-alloy copper. In addition, the Spec 44 cables are characterized by a small size and significantly lower weight compared to PTFE cables according to MIL-W-22759.
