CONNECTOR DESCRIPTION / PRODUCT INFORMATION:
The MIL-C-83723 or M83723 series of engine connectors are available in various housing sizes and shapes. MIL-C-83723 series connectors are characterized by very good electrical and mechanical properties and comply with EN2997, BACC63, ASNE044 to 444, ESC10, ESC11 standards. High temperature resistance, low weight and size make M83723 connectors particularly suitable for aerospace applications.
The M83723 circular connectors are available in the following housing styles:
M83723/71 Flange socket with female contacts
M83723/72 Flange socket with pin contacts
M83723/73 Jam nut receptacle with female contacts
M83723/74 Jam nut receptacle with pin contacts
M83723/75 straight connector with female contacts
M83723/76 straight connector with pin contacts
M83723/77 straight connector RFI with female contacts
M83723/78 straight connector RFI with pin contacts

Crimp contacts are processed with the M22520/1-01 or M22520/2-01 crimping pliers and the M22520/1-02 or M22520/2-02 postioners.
SZ Elektronik supplies the crimping pliers M22520/1-01, M22520/2-01 and the crimping dies M22520/1-02 and M22520/2-02 from stock, as well as the installation tools and removal tools for the pin and socket contacts.
Heat shrinkable molded parts for M83723 connectors from stock
SZ Elektronik delivers these heat shrinkable molded parts with and without hot melt adhesive mostly from stock or within 48 hours. Preferred are the heat shrinkable parts according to VG95343 from the manufacturer Tyco / Raychem from the series 202K or 222K.
