Cable assembly single strands

We assemble the individual strands according to Spec44, Spec55, VDE, UL and CSA standards in a wide variety of designs. Our spectrum ranges from cutting to length, stripping, partial stripping, twisting, tinning and soldering to the professional termination of crimp contacts from 3M, Amphenol, Erni, FCI, Harting, Harwin, Intercontec, ITT Cannon, JST, Molex, Odu, Samtec, Souriau and Tyco / TE Connectivity. The cable sheaths can be made of PVC, PUR, PTFE, FEP or Teflon. Whether one-sided or double-sided, with cable lugs, flat receptacles or wire end ferrules, everything can be quickly assembled by us. Areas of application assembled single strands
Single strands are used everywhere in devices where many cores have to be accommodated in a small space. Assembled standard single strands made of PVC are used in industrial electronics, automation, mechanical engineering, communication technology, measurement and control technology, while assembled Spec44 and Spec55 single strands made of Teflon are used more in aerospace, military, medical technology and motor racing.
